Robert is the type of sales person everyone wants to do business with. He asks pertinent questions, actually listens to you, answers your questions and allows you to decide, on your timeline, whether or not you want to purchase . I bought a Cushman utility cart and the entire experience was top notch. G5 did not have exactly what I was looking for and I asked if alterations could be made to one of the units in stock. Robert did better. He spent time calling the manufacturer and locating a unit that had all the accessories I was looking for, at a price that was lower than an in stock model with alterations. That's looking out for the customer in my book. I have no reason to spend time in any other outdoor store in the future. Thanks, Robert!
